George Klumb is a California Licensed Architect who has been practicing architecture in California for the past 23 years. Prior to forming an independent practice, George worked as a Project Architect in commercial architecture. His professional experience includes the design and development of museums, healthcare, commercial office buildings, multi-family and single family homes. George received a Masters of Architecture Degree from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard in 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1984.
A passion for the Bay Area's historic housing has led George to a practice that transforms older buildings into modern living environments. Working within the confines of the local zoning and building codes poses challenges and opportunities. Every effort is made to meet the clients' needs while creating spaces of unique qualities.
